UX/UX design is a combination of disciplines, offering different ways of looking at the world and evaluating how it all works. I feel fortunate that my passion for technology and design can be combined in such a way that I can tackle big problems of usability and make products that are used everyday by thousands of people. Below is my agile process for successful product launch. Please click for more information.
I identify the stakeholders for your new product development such as all those people who have an interest in the success or failure of the product, such as management and technical support. Common activities during this step include:
In this step, I aim to build a rich description of customers, the environment in which they use the product and the critical tasks they want to carry out with it. I begin by building user profiles: a set of personas that describe the goals and behaviours of the product's key user groups. Common activities during this step include:
This step is an iterative process. I start the process by developing key performance indicators for the product based on user and business findings. I then move on to develop the information architecture showing how all of the product's functions and features will hang together. Next, lay out the screens (the detailed design), starting with paper sketches and then moving onto wireframes and interactive prototypes. The final part of this step is to evaluate usability by asking potential customers to carry out realistic tasks. Common activities during this step include:
This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. This is the end of the beginning. In this step i find out how your product was actually used in practice and use these insights to drive the next release of the product or to design a future product. Common activities during this step include:

I’m a User Experience Designer and I design simple, intuitive user experiences and beautiful user interfaces. Experienced at the strategic early stages (gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders/ users, creating user stories and knocking out sketches) and then turning the solution into a very detailed set of wireframes that are useful for non-technical readers and act as a specification for developers.
